  • While serving full time as Director of Rector’s Office in the past five years (supervising the Language Service Team, The Legal Advisory Team, the Internal Audit Office until 2015), the Affiliated School of UM and the data team), I have been volunteering my service as Editor of the bi-monthly bilingual FED Newsletter; participating in FED and Honours College admission interviews as a panel member; supervising and co-supervising master and PhD students; serving as their oral defence examiner or chair; being actively involved in a couple of FED academic research teams and publishing as a co-author; Designing and leading the New Zealand English Enhancement/Immersion/Internship Programs (2005-2015); participating in DSEJ curriculum projects, etc.
